LOS ANGELES—Sanitation workers wearing hazmat suits and masks moved in to City Hall park Wednesday to start cleaning up tons of trash, debris and human waste left after police evicted the 2-month-old Occupy LA tent camp in a mostly non-violent pre-dawn raid that resulted in the arrest of almost 300 people.
