Attorney Richard Fine Unlawfully Incarcerated
(FEDERALJACK) An attorney called Richard Fine has seen his license to practice law revoked, a massive fine of $47,000 placed on him and has been held in jail since March 2009. This has all occurred because he dared to question the neutrality of the courts. Prior to the incident he was a distinguished attorney who had made a name for himself by standing up for taxpayers rights. He won several cases against the county (LA), including the repayment of child support money and interest thereof that was taken without cause (amounting to $85 million in repaid funds). His most recent case led him into severe trouble with the courts.
