PROMIS evolved into ORACLE8i, used by Novartis to sequence the 1918 flu. Hmm. Would it have been because of copyright that Baxter, having lost out to Novartis, would have chosen the Ukraine (reputed to be, well, not specifically too diligent when enforcing copyright laws) to release the weaponized H1N1 (also based on the 1918 virus)? Of course, this is only a theory, based on an allegation which yet remains unconsidered by the MSM despite the mounting evidence...
